I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the St. Louis, Missouri area. I grew up in the St. Louis area and my family and I moved back here in January after 17 years away for my undergraduate  (CMSU/UCM) and graduate studies (UMKC), both in social work. I have clinical back ground with refugee families, counseling for children and families in the foster and reunification settings, as a day-treatment counselor with K-6th graders, outpatient and in-home therapy for all ages and backgrounds.

 

I strive to be a safe place for you and your loved ones. I have experience in Trauma-Informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT) based therapy, mindfulness therapies, and more for ages 5 and up. My areas of specialty are mood disorders, trauma/PTSD, dialectical based therapy, mindfulness based coping skills, grief and loss, ADHD/ADD, sensory processing challenges, parenting children with special needs, gender and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Questioning (LGBTQ+) identity.

 Additionally, I am an Usui Reiki Master and will provide a wide range of Reiki services to non-counseling clients, humans and animals. To maintain proper and ethical boundaries, counseling clients are not able to be individual Reiki clients, and visa versa. Referrals are available as needed and upon request..
