Welcome to Empowering Mind and Body Balanced. Founded in 2017 by Laura A Denkler, MSW, LCSW, Usui Reiki Master/Teacher. All services are offered to the greater St. Louis Area with very limited in person services due to COVID and most services offered via Telehealth till further notice.

I look forward to empowering you to set, work on and achieve your specific therapeutic goals. We will work together to identify your strengths and challenges in a non-judgmental setting. The mode of therapy will be tailored and client-centered.

Interpersonal dynamics can be tricky to navigate alone. I provide counseling to improve communication and relationship skills between partners and general functioning for all household family members for a happier home and life.

Reiki is a vibration of healing energy that helps to promote and accelerate the body’s natural healing processes, helps to clear out negative or stagnant energy within your energy field, replenishes your body’s natural Ki/Chi/Energy levels, and can facilitate healing in an infinite number of ways. This practice is gentle, safe, and can be used complimentary to other medical, holistic, and alternative healing treatments.
