Crystal Singing Bowl and Relaxation, Oh My!

The crystal singing bowl I am utilizing today is 99.99% crystal quarts and tune to F and Heart Chakra is the chakra that is in the middle of the upper three chakras (the throat, 3rd Eye, and Crown chakras- the more feminine chakras) and the lower three chakras (the Solar Plexus, Sacral and Root chakras- the more masculine chakras.

I love using the Heart Charka singing bowls,, tuning forks and different essential oils that are at the same or similar frequency to balance the mind, body, and spirit though the heart.
