Announcements!! 2020 is going to Rock!

Starting in January 2020, at Awakened Life Healing Center where I practice out of, I will be offering a new Aromatherapy Consultation to compliment mindfulness and energy work for Reiki Clients and any non-counseling client!! If my counseling clients are interested in learning more about Young Living and aromatherapy I am happy to provide a referral to another wellness advocate. NEW ON MONDAYS STARTING FEBRUARY 3RD, 2020 12:15PM-1PM

Need a grounding and calm way to start your week on a regular basis? This is a donation based, WEEKLY class starting at Awakened Life Healing Center on Monday, February 3rd, 2020 at 12:15pm-1:00pm. Space is limited, please reserve your in-person spot by going to "On Line Booking today! We will be live streaming Mindfulness Mondays as well on Empowering Mind and Body Balance's Facebook page and then copy it to Awakened Life Healing Center's page, so if you can't make it in person it will be available when you are!

I am honored to be sharing a Reiki room with two other incredible and unique Reiki practitioners! To keep from double booking the room we are using Acuity scheduler for individual Reiki sessions. LASTLY, If you are new to Reiki and energy work and would like to learn more about Usui and Karuna Reiki, practitioner Farhana Johnston and myself will be holding a Reiki 101 information session/open house on Friday, February 7th, 2020 at 5pm-7pm. This event is free to all to come during this time and learn more about the different Reiki Models and upcoming Reiki classes in 2020.
