Exciting Updates for 2020!!

Hello Friends!!

Exciting changes and updates coming for Empowering Mind and Body Balance located at Awakened Life Healing Center in 2020!

First, a reminder of my Saturday, December 14th, Usui Reiki Level 1 class 9:30am-2:30pm- for more information please see my previous blog post for more information and to sign up!! Space is limited, but spots are still available!

Now, to 2020!!

New hours!!

I and so grateful and excited to be able to offer more hours for both Reiki and Counseling Services in 2020. New hours will start Monday January 6th and be as follows:

Mondays: 10:00am to 2:30pm

6:00pm to 9:00pm

Tuesdays: 10:00am to 2:30pm

Every 2nd Tuesday: (starting January 14th) 7:00pm to 8:00pm Parent/Guardian Support Group (see below for more information and "services")

Wednesdays: 10:00am to 2:30pm

6:00pm to 9:00pm

Thursdays: 10:00am to 2:30pm

Fridays: 10:00am to 12:30pm

Saturdays: 10:00am to 2pm *if there is no classes or workshops on the date*

Every 4th Sunday: Reiki Circles 2:00pm-4:00pm

NEW Parent Support Group!!

Parenting Different Gifts Peer Support

I am exciting to be helping lead this peer group as a mom of two AMAZING children with different abilities and gifts. This peer support group is for parents/legal guardians with children who have a diagnosis or are actively seeking diagnosis and services for children with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Sensory Processing Disorders.

It can be so frustrating, lonely, scary, exciting, endearing and all the emotions you feel when your child is not 'neuro-typical'. Neurodivergence is more common then you may expect and you are not alone as a parent or guardian of a child with different abilities and gifts. This is a open group for parents who have children birth-18 years of age.

The cost is $20 per person or $30/couple each group meeting.
